By purchasing, downloading, or utilizing a product, you agree to the following terms of service.

Store Rules

  1. Purchased license(s) are exclusively owned by the user indicated at checkout.
  2. No refunds are offered (due to the intangible nature of digital goods).

Product Rules

  1. No redistribution.

Product licenses are for personal use only; products are not permitted to be redistributed in any capacity (except when all parties involved own individual licenses).

Public Avatars

Products may be used on SFW* public avatars (where end users do not have direct access to the files) which do not require content warnings. Please credit us in your avatar’s description.

*Public avatars must abide by VRChat’s community guidelines and meet the requirements of an ESRB “Everyone” rating.**

Free & Commercial Packages

Products are not permitted to be redistributed in free or commercial packages.

Do not claim our products as your own. Do not remove credits from our products.

  1. Restricted use.

Products are not permitted to be used for the purpose of promoting, creating, or provoking anything sexually suggestive, NSFW, malicious, religious, political, illegal, or relating to gambling, alcohol, or drug use. It is prohibited to use products for AI training and the creation or promotion of NFTs.

Glossary

“Products” refers to any and all content created, owned, and/or distributed by Beeptea and/or Beeptea’s Kitchen, including, but not limited to: 3D models, textures, scripts, and showcase media.

Copyright & Licensing

All products are protected by copyright law. The only way to legally obtain and use our products is by downloading or purchasing from the official webpages linked from beeptea.com.

Terms of Service are subject to change without notice. Continued use of products is subject to changes in these terms. Failure to comply with these terms will void your license(s).
